Our hybrid working programme consists of the following core modules:

This first module covers:

  • tasks, objectives and measures for individuals

  • building systems and processes to support effective hybrid working

  • the accessibility to IT and other physical resources needed to work from any location

2. Building better relationships for Hybrid Working

This module covers:

  • establishing strong relationships that transcend the gap between face-to-face and remote working

  • using informal connections to replace missing information

  • keeping track of your peers: what they are working on and how they contribute to the collective good of the team

  • collaborating rather than work in silos

  • developing trust to empower each other to get the job done

  • how to call out hybrid working deficiencies or unproductive behaviours

3. Creative thinking and innovation skills for Hybrid Working

This module covers:

  • thinking and acting adaptably and flexibly

  • developing creativity and ability to innovate

4. Influencing skills for Hybrid Working

This module covers:

  • developing the ability to balance and navigate across office/site and remote working worlds

  • how to ask for, find and claim resources you may not have easy access to

5. Personal brand for Hybrid Working

This module covers:

  • establishing and providing evidence of trustworthiness when working in a context of low visibility

  • developing the IT skills needed to work effectively

6. Well-being and resilience for hybrid working

This module covers:

  • the skills needed for open conversations about resilience and wellbeing
