ABOUT US
Why Treehouse?
It’s all in the name. Treehouse is a safe yet inspiring place you can go to learn new things, conceive new futures and work through challenges to achieve personal, professional and organisational growth. Like a Treehouse with a solid trunk and roots giving support, the concepts that underpin our coaching, facilitation and training are well grounded in research and first-hand experience; yet we are in the canopy, surrounded by blue sky and sunshine – the Treehouse represents future thinking and growth rooted in well-founded research – a place where you can have your feet on the ground and head in the clouds.
Conceptually that’s neat, but the proof of the pudding is in the eating – so here is what our clients have said about their experience of working with us.

Our values reflect those of a business started with a single question: “How can we empower people and unlock opportunity?”. They guide our work helping people to think differently and make a positive impact. We work with you to co-create solutions and enable your organisation to be increasingly self-sufficient.
Courageously supportive
Blending support and challenge to help you and your organisation grow.

We do what we love and love what we do, and you should too. What we do is fun with a serious purpose.
